Welcome to Year 4, home to Morpurgo Class and Blyton Class, named after bestselling authors Michael Morpurgo and Enid Blyton!

Year 4 is an exciting year of discovery, challenge and growing independence. As children continue their journey through Key Stage Two, we encourage them to become increasingly confident learners who are curious about the world around them and enthusiastic about trying new things.

Throughout the year, children develop their ability to work collaboratively, think creatively and tackle challenges with determination. We encourage them to ask questions, share their ideas and take pride in their achievements, while recognising that making mistakes and persevering are important parts of learning.

Above all, we want every child to feel happy, valued and inspired in Year 4, developing the confidence, friendships and skills that will help them flourish as they move towards Upper Key Stage Two.
