I have recently joined the Governing Body as a Parent Governor, I have two children at Bewdley Primary, (Yr 4 and Yr 1).

I have a background in Finance and Personnel, working for many years in industry and over the past 5 years in school finance. 

This has given me a great understanding of how funding in maintained schools is distributed and what other forms of financing are available.  I am also well adept in Worcestershire County Council policy revision and procedures which have to be followed.

I am Group Scout Leader of WF20 Bewdley Scout Group and in my spare time enjoy playing and umpiring in a local netball league.

I am grateful for the opportunity to get involved with Bewdley Primary School, and I am hopeful that I can make a useful and valuable contribution to both the Governing Body and the school as a whole.
