Lisa Dangerfield
I have been a Parent Governor at Bewdley Primary School since 2024 and have three children at the school, currently in Years 6, 5 and 3.
I have always enjoyed playing an active role in school life and supporting the wider school community. I served as Chair of the PTFA during 2023/24, helping to organise events, and raise funds. I have also volunteered as part of the school’s reading programme and supported Year 6 pupils during their SATs. These experiences have given me valuable insight into different aspects of school life and a greater understanding of the needs of our pupils and staff.
As a governor, I am particularly interested in how we can continue to provide the best possible opportunities and outcomes for every child. I currently serve as the Link Governor for Maths, STEM and Cyber, all areas in which I have a particular interest. I really enjoy being part of the Bewdley Primary community and contributing to the continued development and success of the school.
Outside of work and school life, you will usually find me in the garden, spending time with my family or enjoying a good book.
