Andy Webster
I became a parent governor in December 2017 at a time when my two sons begin their educational journey at the school. As a secondary school teacher, I am passionate about education and I endeavour to bring my professional experiences, enthusiasm and energy to the role.
I believe it is a privilege to have the opportunity to be part of the team and make a contribution to support our young people to be happy, confident learners.
t is my current responsibility to work as a link governor in Key Stage 1 where I help monitor the children’s progress and work closely with the KS1 leader to support the strategies for learning and well-being of the children.
An interest in educational leadership extends to my part-time doctoral studies. My hobbies include sports, photography and travel. I am also a serving retained firefighter in the town.
